Steven J. Meyer, CPA\PFS

For 21+ years, Steve has concentrated in financial planning with an emphasis on retirement planning and investment management. Steve’s goal is to provide his clients with practical, principle-centered and personalized financial strategies needed to help achieve their goals. Steve's experience and education enables him to recommend appropriate strategies to help individuals and businesses fulfill their financial goals and objectives. As an independent financial advisor and business owner, Steve also understands the small business owner, the challenges they encounter and the opportunities that may be overlooked.

Steve has been a CPA (Certified Public Account) since 1980, including the PFS (Personal Financial Specialist) designation since 2006. Steve was the owner & CEO of S.J. Meyer & Associates, Inc. (A licensed CPA firm) from 1995 until 2017. Steve is a member of the AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants) and the OSCPA (Ohio Society of CPAs). Steve holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from Saint Joseph’s College.  Steve is registered and conducting business with clients in 5 states, Steve holds an Ohio Life, Accident & Health, and Annuity licenses and these registrations:

• Series 6 (Investment Company Products/Variable Contracts Representative)
• Series 66 (Uniform Combined State Law & Investment Advisor Law)

Steve lives in Tipp City, OH with his wife Teresa. Their oldest son lives in Raleigh, NC and youngest son in Cincinnati. Steve enjoys golfing, basketball (UD Flyers fan), theatre, traveling, biking, hiking and reading lots of finance-related material. Steve is a current board member of the Miriam Rosenthal Foundation for the Arts. Over the years, Steve has served on numerous non-profit boards of trustees and has served as the president & treasurer of several organizations.
